Weight fluctuating all week. Mostly down but of course on weigh in day up a bit!!LOL. Not bothered by this, body is fighting these last couple of pounds. So close to goal... then a new set of challenges.
64.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
