I've gotta give myself a pep talk. I'm slipping into some bad habits, namely candy and high-cal carbs every day. So it's to be expected that my weight is slowly creeping up. It's 9:23am and so far I've had only a protein bar. A yogurt and nuts for lunch will be enough since Mr C is out to lunch with a client. Tomorrow I must resume zumba class. I haven't been in a week and I miss it. It's not raining for the first time in a week so I'm feeling motivated.
88.6 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
