WW is proving to be quite slow, but at least it lets me enjoy just what I choose. I seldom use my "weekly extra" points, because I'm so sedentary I doubt I'd lose at all if I had all I was allowed! And I am also intermittent fasting, more out of habit than anything else. After doing IF/OMAD/ADF etc for a couple of years, it's now normal for me to wait until 11 or 12 for my first meal, and to stop eating around 5pm each day. That MUST be helping. But I'm not too impressed by my general health. I shudder to think what I'd be like if I hadn't bitten the bullet two years ago and begun seriously working on my weight! (35kg/80lb down from my "high".) Still got a long,long way to go ...
