worked hard on an outside project yesterday so treated myself to a dq milkshake. but resisted the burger and onion rings i used to have with it. still lost a little. happy:)
118.4 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
