April 8/2013 Am trying again. Have cut down morphine to only 1 twice a day & started this morning taking 2 African Mango capsules & 2 max colon Detox capsules,hoping to find more energy & get into walking again. Spring seems to be just around the corner. I also downloaded a free e-book about emotional eating & have started reading it for tips. Have done well today. I didn't get up till around 2pm & had up to that point about 1/2 glass of orange juice. Lunch was 2 sl of (5g fibre per slice)Flax bread from Costco, marg & 1/2 banana. Went to Walmart for a few groceries. Supper at 5.15pm was 1/3 of a Turkey Pot-Pie (I made) with cubed potatoes, onions, carrots & celery in the pie, also 1c cooked baby carrots & 2c cooked brussel sprouts. 5.45pm Went to Pool group at the hospital for my 30mins of stretching. Parked 3 short blocks away & walked. Went to Coop afterwards for groceries & then to Superstore. Put away groceries when I came home. Ate the other 1/2 banana & 10 seedless red grapes. Now 10.30pm, hope to not eat anymore. Will have my hot water & Crystal Light Iced Tea.
