I must say weighing in two weeks ago at dr. at the 168lbs was scary, but due to modesty reasons kept my pants and sneakers and top on. Today with scale in underwear **(still hate)it came down to 154, even if I subtract 8 lbs for the remainder of the clothes from first weigh in.I lost about 5 lbs in two weeks I was hoping for 10.Might have lost more sticking to the 1000 calories she told me to do in the first place.I weigh in again with out glasses...
69.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're funny! I hate weigh in ESPECIALLY at the doctor's office (their scales ALWAYS put weight on me and it freaks me out!!). Congratulations on your loss! Keep up the good work :)

It's a start it still feels like being so far away from the right number I know it is about 5lbs grand total which means fewer carbs and looking back at what might be slowing things down. Thank you Chowdah for your cheers.

Congrats on the loss, the Doc scale is always meaner I know it's clothes and shoes but it still freaks me out. Have a good day and keep up the good work.

5 Lbs is great! I know where you are coming from though. Maybe you shouldn't weigh in anywhere but the doctor just so you don't have conflicting scales. Or tell them to get out a johnny! They don't weight much!I never eat or drink anything before I go either and I get crack of dawn appts. too.
