After workout weight.
Completed 3 cycles of Hypertrophy work since last entry. Maintained calories.
Weight under tension has increased.
Going to TRY and take a deload week following today and then get back into my strength phase.
1000lb club here I come!
67.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
