bit of a setback from a cheat day friday that hurt me big time and pissed me off with the weight bounce. hence lack of entries until i started to drop again. how do you gain 4 lb on a cheat day? those sort of things are my hot button. well, back on this horse.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
