It's another wet, cold day so I'm glad I took advantage of the dry weather to get outside over the weekend. I raked the side yard & blew away the debris all around the edge of the gardens/ driveway yesterday while Hubby tinkered with his chain saw. Then I "helped" him cut up a couple of trees. I'm feeling really excited about getting back in the gardens soon. My stamina to finish a task without feeling exhausted halfway in has improved so much! When we moved into our home in 1996 I was working full time. Even working 40+ hours a week, keeping up with housework, grocery shopping, cooking etc. I could still spend hours of my days off in the gardens working on a project. It feels good to get some of that energy back 😊

Hubby kept me motivated to get out for our afternoon walk, too. It had started to cloud up & get colder by late afternoon so after coming in & having a hot shower I wasn't feeling it. But, I went & glad I did.

I finished out the week under my RDI. Maybe those last 2 lbs. will dissapear soon 😐 I have a Doctors Appt. Wed. Wish I could weigh the same on their scales but, after having coffee & breakfast and being fully clothed it's almost impossible.
But, I expect the Doctor will be happy with my efforts 😊
66.6 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
