Ugh! Hated to change my weight lol def a big gain this week. Got to work on things better this week. I still need to focus on I gained yes but overall I still have lost 80 lbs and 28 inches from my hips. Been thinking even though I gained this week maybe I should add a few more calories . I've been thinking maybe I need to up my calories with fruit everyday. I do bad on weekends with calories but most days I get around 1050 or less on weekdays. I may try that this week and see how it goes. I've been slacking on treadmill so maybe add atleast 30 min a day on that also. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
47.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Less than a pound isn't a big gain in my book. Could be just a normal fluctuation. Changing things up sounds great. Yep, overall you are doing great.
