Got up before 6am. Sun is rising and it should be a clear day for a change. Very cold though. I've got to turn around my bad habits soon or else I'll be back up to 200 in a month.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
