working out 3-4 times per day 1.5 hrs watching my calorie count about 1500 a day but burning 500 on workout days.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
