Ate under my RDI again yesterday. Even having pasta didn't create any problems when limiting the serving to 2 oz. of pasta and measuring the butter & sour cream I added to the sauce. The sweet yellow peppers, onion, lemon juice, shrimp, spinach and spices are already low cal. My meal was filling and satisfying 😊

We did get a walk in yesterday. It was cloudy & damp but the rain held off. Today, that's not the case. It's raining and the temps are in the mid 30's. The forcast is the rain could change to icy rain & possible snow this afternoon.

We rented movies so that's on the agenda for this afternoon.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
