Full body workout with cardio in between every set

And ate good all day. Saw myself in a store dressing room mirror with ALL THE BRIGHT LIGHTS and ALL THE ANGLES in a bikini and 😳 whoa .... that was what I needed to see to get focused and back on the right track !! 🤣
