Monday holiday morning
Had a hot chocolate yesterday!
Big calorie steak dinner Sunday night,
Not loosing a ton of weight, but not really indulging on sweets. Fasting might work better too but eating a high calorie diet. Back is a bit sore but working out a tone.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
