A pound gained. I guess it might be because of... wait for it... the poke bowl I ate on Thursday! Otherwise food was pretty much like last week.

My period started on Monday. Almost a week done, the worst is behind me. Another 8-9 days to go! My period lasted 2 weeks the last time around, so it should be the same this time. Less than 2 years ago, my period still lasted a week only. I already feel some nostalgia about it!

My blood pressure is really great these days. I am still taking my medication (a CCB and an ARB), plus some hawthorn and CoQ10 supplementation. Also some magnesium and vitamins K2 + D3 (the K2 helps into the absorption of the D3; no bad side effects despite the ARB). I think the fact that I take a measurement daily and consistently helps a lot. This morning (at almost 10 AM), it was at 109/67! I usually take it earlier than that. On Wednesday it was borderline (128/79), but I had to go often to the bathroom due to my heavy flow during the night so I barely slept. Otherwise it is fine and I hope my body won't let me down!

So sunny this morning, it feels good! Unfortunately it's not going to last, because snow tomorrow. Oh well!
