First day of trying out low carb / keto, any good tips for the first week?
106.6 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Pinterest is a fantastic resource. Make sure you keep various seafoods and fish on hand. They help to switch it up from “boring” chicken and beef. I pair both surf and turf just to get variety. Start slow so you don’t get hit with “keto flu.” If you don’t know what that is look it up and prepare. its a great lifestyle change once you get the hang of it.
