slowly getting there..... if though my gym is dismantled in the moment. My lovely man is finally getting round to sort his man cave out but he IS taking his time :)

68 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg. Still to go: 3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
