I like to weigh daily, sometimes I just forget in the morning and will not check because you can fluctuate so much throughout the day. Do what is comfortable for you☺️ Try to weigh yourself at the same time though.

Agreed with Jc! I weigh every day about a half hour after I wake up. I like to see my progress daily. Some people prefer weekly 🤷🏼‍♀️ Whatever works best for you!!

I measure only in the morning on work days and in the morning and evening on holidays. The more data you have about your diet and weight change, the more useful it is. ▽°|b✨

I weigh everyday. I used to weigh once weekly, because of the anxiety I still have every time I get on a scale. I thought that worked best for me because it was less stressful. I've changed my mind now though, and power through the anxiety of my weigh-in like I power through my exercise, because weighing every morning when I get up seems to help me stay on track better. I feel like I can see the results more instantaneously of good and bad dietary/exercise choices for the day before. If I have those extra bites of food, or don't take my walk because of rain, I can see the next morning how far that set back my progress, or not. It helps me gauge how much I'll need to do to make up for bad choices, and helps me know what my body will allow me to get away with. I hope this helps! ✌

I usually weigh myself once a week on the weekends. Just to see the maximum loss.

Except on weekend, I do every other day. That’s enough data points for me
