I', back i have not wotrked out every day but i am getting back into the swing i have eaten very well this week it has only been 4 days since i weighed in to get back on my program.
177.4 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
