So when do you all weigh? I try to do it at the same point in the day where possible but a lay in has moved it a few hours. Probably dehydration has shed some weight 😅

I only weigh once a week, first thing in the morning but I am sure others do it differently

I’m not consistent in my day but yes after a morning wee Sarah 😂

Thanks Kay. I used to do evenings but switched to mornings also as I am lighter naturally. Kinda cheating maybe but keeps me headed the right direction

Every other Monday morning 👍

Good morning Barbora. I should have a set day but do it when I feel like I’ve lost a bit and never when I think I’ve gained 😅

Morning James There is 2wks delay in dieting exercising... So weighing yrself every 2wks gives u the most accurate reading ✌️

first thing in the morning.... with the least amount of clothes on...... almost as you step out of bed but before your first coffee.... my cup takes 500ml of coffee.... so you see.... 😉

Thank you Saffron exactly my recent reasons for AM measurements using the same methods as you and Sarah 😁

I didn’t know that Barbora thank you. Trying to think of my exercising two weeks ago now? I did do some of that horrible thing we discussed of running. Plus some long walks etc. Careful you puppy doesn’t blow away today!

Just lately I weigh-in every Sunday morning as soon as I get out of bed but before I get dressed or have breakfast. I don't know if there is a recommended weigh-in frequency - some say once a month, others say once a fortnight, or once a week. I have always gone for weekly as it keeps you on track and prevents any nasty surprises if you leave it too late.

I like your thinking bunty 😁

Once per week only recording it on here. Monday mornings about half 7 . But I might do a few other days per week same sort of time just to keep in charge of things. I think doing it Monday mornings sometimes makes me more mindful over the weekend when I get all the temptations.

That’s a good point Dave about the Weekend thing. I tend to be a bit more carefree of what I eat the weekends and often eat out where you struggle to tell calories etc at a restaurant. Is that a trails bike you’re riding there? You compete or just for fun?

Yes, recording on a Monday will keep you honest! I record on a Friday purely to give me a week to sort out damage done at the weekend!
