Thank you all for your welcome back and support. I was all set to really Keto it today, but my sweet hubby cooked breakfast for me and I ate a biscuit! Then he said let's have a date this evening, eat out and go to a play. We haven't had a real date in a while, so I sabotaged myself by eating a cornbread muffin at Cracker Barrel! Both my non-keto decisions were delicious, but now I really have to work at this self-denial. Fasting blood sugar this morning was 231 and at 11:30 this evening it was 202. I did lose .3 lbs. Today's intake: Carbs 15/fat 66/protein 19.
82.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
