Good morning, and afternoon to FatSecret members.Hope you’re off to a wonderful day. My gardener broke down in front of my house yesterday, as the battery wouldn’t start. I buy him a new battery for $160 and then it still wouldn’t start, so I had him towed back home. Hoping today goes better. Lol I’m sooo happy about feeling spry with my lost weight. I feel the difference now. Keep it up brother. Hope ALL of the best in this day and week. Keep the faith, and attitude my brethren. My fathers words of wisdom: Never miss an opportunity to keep your mouth shut! 😊
