I'm finally sitting down. Been going full steam ahead since early this morning. Went to the gym and throughly enjoyed myself. I've decided I don't really care if people are looking and making fun of me, I'm the good myself. With that thinking I was relaxed.
Finished grocery shopping for the day and the Super Bowl. My meatballs are in the slow cooker, my wings are are seasoned and waiting, jalapeno poppers to go. I've calculated and yes I will go over some but not a redick amount so
I'm good with that. Will enjoy and go on.
Doesn't matter to me who wins I'm just thankful it's some new teams.
Finishing some laundry and looking to see how long to air fry the wings.

It's all about living your wonderful life with all the happenings that come with it! To be flexible and accountable at the same time gives us the breathing room we all need to take care of ourselves! That includes super bowl partys eating more than we planned (but for just that occasion) and get right back on the horse and keep the discipline of why we are working on ourselves to get and feel better ;) we are all so worth it and working out and also "working in' gets us to this place. Kepp on keeping on and you will succeed!
