Holy cow that is amazing and kudos to you for staying with it. Does that mean you only had liquids during that time??

protein shake for 2 meals, 100-200 cal snack and a 400 cal meal. its really pretty simple, the first 2 days were hard, but now ive got it under control. the no booze and no coffee is the big issue w me! but the weight is dropping and that makes it worth sticking to!
