slowly but surely. I need to start the exercise again..just can't get motivated
59.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

just start, motivation is overrated, it's momentum that wins the game, takes about 66 days to firm up a new habit. So, 66 days from now, your new habit will be what you do from now to then.
