Up and down, up and down. You know what my problem is? Every time I see 178lbs., I eat a half bag of doritos... I have to stop indulging when I drop below 178 and just freaking do it! 169lbs., here I come baby!
81.4 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That means 1500 calories for another month and a half! I stopped at 180lbs. And started eating 2000 calories again! All I had to do was wait another month and a half and I would have met the 169lbs. Goal! Hey JC, did you break into Onederland yet?! I floated off the planet when I broke through!!! ❤❤❤

It is a challenge getting the last bits gone and then keeping the weight there! You can do it, man!!
