Gained a pound. Not surprised. I ate some sushi (some pieces with actual rice) with a poke bowl yesterday. I also ate plenty of dark (and some not so dark) chocolate and keto bars, which can be my downfall sometimes.
My appointment with the radiologist went well. Less traffic than expected on the road to Montreal. I was called on time for my appointment, which is a rare occurrence in the medical world! The doctor was really nice and explained the uterine fibroid embolization process. She answered the questions I had. I am supposed to receive a call for an appointment for a MRI about a month from now. Then the doctor will analyze the results and I will know whether or not I am eligible. If I am eligible, the procedure will be done within another month. Again, really quick considering this is the Quebec health care system!
Right now it is very overcast and a little depressing outside. But that's OK. My blood pressure is not so bad these days - I got 119/71 this morning - so life is good I guess!
