I'm not sure if that last weigh in was accurate. You're apparently supposed to weigh in on a completely empty stomach first thing in the morning, so that's what I did today.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
