Back to work today. Feel pretty good. I haven't eaten yet. I drank my liquid protein & my super greens. Stomach's a bit gurgly still, so I'm staying off anything solid since I can't think of anything Keto that may settle my stomach. Everything I want is carby (crackers, toast, etc.). So nothing. I just need to work some fats into this liquid diet.
