Portion sizes way too big. I do this every time I make spaghetti. Going to mom's today and I MUST make a conscious effort to not eat the M&M's.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
