cut a few doing slimfast. so far not hungry at all. 2 shakes in the day (breakfast and lunch one each time) and 2 or 3 of their 100 cal snack bars then eating a huge salad for dinner that is mostly lettuce and red onions... seems to hold me in fairly good stead thus far.
