Saw The Gentlemen last night with my sis and her crew. We loved it. Had pretty good energy throughout the day and got a lot of chores done. Feeling bloated today bc of too much popcorn. Also woke up with sharp pains in my left knee. Gotta give it a rest.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
