After workout weight.
Had a couple of opportunities to workout in commercial gyms since my last entry. My routine continues to support my strength and hypertrophy goals for this phase.
Staying on top of my vegetarian lifestyle. It was my son's birthday almost a week ago, so I did have some meat products one dinner. Next time I eat meat will be my daughter's birthday in June.
Discovered a new therapy in boxing! It's also a great couple workout! I will be inserting this into my weekly routine in place of my post workout cardio after this week's cycle. Thinking to make it a early morning cardio workout then weight training later in the day.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
