Went to a Chinese buffet for lunch. Did pretty well. Stayed away from the rice and noodles. Did have a few breaded shrimp. Worth it!
119.7 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 44.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
