back up...I'm addicted to chocolate. tried going cold turkey without it then my husband brought some home for me and I binged...not doing that again. and need to start strictly logging. I did bad but I'm owning it...hope everyone is doing better than me!!!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
