I had 2 dinners out last weekend. I carefully chose my selections, ate desert and was happy with the portion control I was able to stick with. That is a win.
92.0 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
