Still eating too much and craving too much sugar. I gave up on trying to record calories the last few days. Too many breads, cookies, and desserts. At least I did go to zumba yesterday and made Mr C go with me, so he worked out for the first time in months. We've had very cloudy skies and little sunlight this month, so I've been depressed. Not feeling motivated to work or be creative. I've worried about my daughter having no family to lean on 2000 miles from here. She chose to leave us all behind. What will become of her when her dad and I die? She has lovely girl cousins not too much younger than she is but can't be buddies with them bc she's so far away. Will she ever find a devoted partner she can depend on? She's on #4 since she moved away and I worry things won't work out bc she won't commit. She has changed addresses 10 times in 10 years too. The instability worries me.
