I've decided to do a strict 21 days Keto Lifestyle to reset and balance my hormones, reverse disease and boost my brain health. I have done well on the Keto plan and plan to transition to Keto cycling once I hit my goal weight. For the pass two months, I've been on and off my eating plan. I've taken the last 30 days to reboot my knowledge, kitchen and mindset to reset. I went from a size 14-12 to a size 8-6 on my Keto lifestyle. I've cleaned out my closets and need to focus on being as healthy as I can be. My A1c levels are back to normal and I'll have my overall bloodwork done in March. By that time I hope to be at my 150-147lb goal weight. My strenght is good, I'm more focused on substainable workouts and not over doing it which I have narrow down to them making me crave more carbs or be to tired to do much of anything else after working out. I have also committed to renewing my self-care. Meditating, gratitude journaling, and monthly pampering ME sessions. I'm so very excited on what this year will bring. I have already started de-stressing at work and finding more time to get up from my desk and move.

Sounds like a good plan. I do not know what a 21 day reset is. ... I looked it up. A plan by Mark Sisson? I like him
