No weight changes this morning, let’s hope the long weekend doesn’t create havoc next week!!

Tri Testing at the Grind: Endurance with constant Push:
• 800m Rows
• 1 mile Assault Bike
• 25 Burpees
• 7:58, not too bad for the “old” man 👨

Continued with Conditioning.....

Overall we burned nearly 600 Cals!
