I know, I know...weighing myself 3 days in a row is wrong and usually misleading. But...I am taking meds to bring my thyroid levels back to normal while counting carbs, calories and fat.

The meds are working. There is no other explanation for the 8 lb loss in the past 11 days because I have done no exercise (back still hurts from car accident a month ago) and had several screw-ups last week. I am actually nervous about going out with friends this Saturday night. Dinner then drinks to see another friend's band play. *Will I still lose weight, will I stall, will I gain, will I counteract all that has happened so far?!?!* Better start looking up nutrition labels on beer I like to drink. Won't be good cause I like medium to dark amber beers. None of that lite crap, ick!

Also, the doc wanted me to start another med that helps you lose the weight. I didn't want to take that. But, can you imagine what would be happening now if I did? :-O
