This week I've gone back to Fast-5 (which is, in effect, IF 19:5). I did this plan years ago and didn't get very far with it, but I'm doing it "for a rest". Three weeks of fasting 40 hours, three times a week, didn't get much of a result, and I am quite frankly brassed off with fasting days! Now, I can eat every day and it's a real relief. I imagine I'll just maintain my weight with Fast-5. My body seems very resistant to weight loss. Still, I started at 156kg and am now 120, so I guess I should be grateful. (It took me more than 2 years though!)

I recently heard that if you are low in Vitamin D, you won't be able to lose weight. I have an "inside" lifestyle, so my levels of that nutrient are no doubt low. Anyway, I've ordered some from iHerb, along with some more Green Tea Extract, which I had good results with in the past. Here's hoping.....
