My body is just getting heavier. Very concerning.

Sorry. What WOE are you following? CICO? I notice that every time I have a hard time getting things under control that I always underestimate both, what I'm actually consuming and what I'm burning. I think/thought I had a decent handle on this game since for over a year I mechanically recorded and calculated everything I consumed, and had wonderful results. I may have to go back to that.

I try to do CICO for sure. I'm not a sugar eater so I'm focusing on more of the healthy KETO type. We shall see what happens. I love to exercise so I have that going for me.
