Fatboy199's Journal, 12 Jan 20

My goal is to lose 100lbs in the next 2 years. At this rate and inconsistency I will meet my goal in exactly ZERO years.
That's right...like everything else worth doing, doing it right, consistently with a dedicated plan is the only way!
Will I fall down, yes! But as long as I continue to attempt to do this just shooting from the hip, I will not see dedicated results.
I'm literally treading water.
Do I want this or not?

Yes, yes! You do want to do this, or at least you want the result even if the process is hard. The alternative to staying where you are isn't what you want, or you wouldn't be asking yourself if it was worth it to make a change. You can do it! I lost 45 in 7 months. You can lose 50 in 12 without being deprived or making massive changes. Just a step at a time. To feel how I do now, it was worth any sacrifice I made. Do you have a plan that you feel might work for you that could be a lifelong adjustment to what you do now? Like not a short-term change? Wishing you the best! You can have so much support here!

Yes you want this, never give up, we all fall down, but one thing for sure we don't stay down, we get back up and continue to do it, one day at a time, we're here to help each other, we're not giving up on you, and don't you give up on yourself.

I used to feel like u do hunny. I had to ask for help from outside sources. my brain is out to get me if I let it. like Retta said, we do this one day at a time. Throw out all junk food. when I first started I taped my cookie jar shut. I stopped buying junk food and started buying healthy stuff. I used to live on TV dinners. I stopped eating them they're high in sodium and carbs and their bad for you. I started cooking my own meals. just a few suggestions. you can do this honey we have faith in you, please have faith in yourself. You are worth it.
