I’m on a new medication that helps with bone growth/improvement in those who have bone and muscle loss. It seems it causes water weight gain too. It’s also supposed to help with muscle retention slightly. I’m hoping more than slightly with what I’m gaining lol. That or it’s water.

I’m thinking for the month I’m trying it I should work toward the 130ish muscle building goal rather than the 115 fat loss goal. Surely it’s not causing a fat gain. Need to do some more research. Either way it is what it is for the next 3 weeks lol.

Over ate first the party yesterday. Knew I would since it was two meals out of fast foods plus cookies, a movie and popcorn. Skipped my snickers like a good girl and had two extra cookies instead. I paired this with broccoli and cauliflower. Not the best combo but I was full all night. Now the tummy won’t quit grumbling. That’s the bad part about me over eating. I’m always super hungry the next day. There’s a fine line of comfortably full after meals and slightly hungry all day that I have to achieve.
58.4 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
