What goes up, must come down:) Energy level went into low gear so I am pushing on the gas peddle and kicking it into high gear! TOWANDA!!!

I just had to comment...I see your posts now and then, and FGT is my FAVORITE movie! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the message it brings. I watched it again during a big transition in my life, and it gave me the strength and reassurance that I was doing the right thing. You've reminded me again that THIS is the right thing - choosing a healthier lifestyle. Thank you for your inspiration!
