I was ravenous yesterday. Ate a Cuban eye of round sandwich, half an empanada, and half a tamale for lunch. Then went to mom's last night after I had a supper of Costco rotisserie chicken, rice & veggies, and ate cookies, Japanese rice crackers, and peanut M&Ms. So much for cutting back on sweets. We were watching the Jeopardy battle of the all-time champs and Project Runway and I had the munchies.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
