I was 235 Sunday and I couldn't believe it. Then I really screwed up my food that night. Had an emotional meltdown (thyroid and TOM suspect). I finally remembered to weigh today. Didn't want till next Monday morning, cause I had to get this down!
Hoping my thyroid meds are playing a part in this and guessing watching my carb counts has something to do with it also. :-)
