After workout weight.
Beginning Pre-Season Phase on Wednesday.
Did not up kCal to 4000.
Only increased by 200-250kCal.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
