progress not perfection!!

on that note...I decided last night to sign up for my first 10K!!! (Walk) I do 3 miles on a daily walk, 5miles in a power day so, pretty sure I can manage 10K... excited but nervous!! woo hoo goals 🙌
78.8 kg Lost so far: 101.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
